We may also collect trading journal information, trade entries, screenshots, CSV uploads, notes, setup tags, strategy information, onboarding answers, analytics outputs, billing status, device information, session information, and usage data.

We use information to operate Veyra Trade, provide account access, display journals and analytics, process uploaded files, support billing access, respond to support requests, secure the product, debug issues, and improve features.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve the service.

Payment information may be processed by third-party billing providers. Veyra Trade may store payment status, plan type, customer IDs, membership IDs, and related billing metadata, but does not need to store full payment card details.

We may use third-party infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and support providers as needed to operate the product.

Your trading journal data may include sensitive personal or financial information. You should avoid uploading information you do not want stored in the product.

We do not sell personal trading journal data. We process uploaded content to provide the features you request, such as journaling, analytics, screenshot evidence, and strategy tracking.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Veyra Trade, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

If you request deletion, we will review and process the request subject to legal, security, backup, billing, and operational requirements.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance related to your account information.
